What is the Rate Watch Service?
The currency exchange rates fluctuate daily. By purchasing your currency on a day when the exchange rate is in your favour, can save you money. With our Rate Watch Service, we will monitor the daily currency exchange rate fluctuations for you and notify you when the savings are meaningful or if we see the rate going up and it will cost you more money.

How does the rate watch service work?
Contact one of our Travel Currency Exchange locations by email or by phone and advise them you would like to enrol in the Rate Watch Service. We require the following information from you, once we have received your information we will confirm receipt and provide you with the current exchange rate for the currency or currencies requested. We will contact you when the exchange rate changes or within two weeks to prior to your departure.
